Collection Design
TCTC develops the full card collection and product structure.
The artist confirms the final collection.
Sample & Content
TCTC produces physical samples and creates launch materials such as:
- Product photos
- Holo videos
- Pack visuals
- Promotional content
Pre-Order Launch
TCTC and the artist launch the collection together, and the artist promotes it to their audience.
A preorder period of about one week is opened. Customers place orders and pay during the preorder window.
Production
After the preorder ends, TCTC determines the final production quantity based on real orders.
This avoids large upfront inventory.
Fulfillment
After production, the cards are packed and shipped.
Creator Share
After sales are finalized, TCTC pays the artist according to the agreed profit share.
Continue Collaboration
If the release performs well, TCTC and the artist can discuss:

- A restock
- A new collection
